• Not have been permanently banned from our services before
• Have the right to use K9Crypt services under applicable laws

K9Crypt reserves all intellectual property rights to all brands, logos, designs, code, technical solutions, and other content on our platform. 7. User Content

You own the content you send, upload, or share through K9Crypt. You grant us the right to use this content to provide our services, but we will not use this content for any purpose other than viewing, storing, or encrypting it. Due to end-to-end encryption, we cannot access your content ourselves.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K9CRYPT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K9Crypt, its directors, employees, and partners against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of K9Crypt, violation of these Terms of Service, or any action that infringes the rights of others.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If any provision herein is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
